A free emergency card resource — for your members
Emergency Info Card is a free, browser-only generator that produces a printable wallet- and fridge-sized medical ID card from a short form. No signup, no account, no data collection. We'd like it to live in your member resource lists, toolkits, and county handouts.
Why it's safe to recommend to members
- No member data leaves the browser. Card data is generated and stored entirely in the user's device localStorage. No upload, no account, no cloud, no logs. Verifiable by opening the browser network tab.
- No paywall, no upsell, no email capture. The card is and will remain free. No "premium" tier, no email-required download, no "create an account to save."
- Source-cited content. Every condition guide cites primary sources (CDC, NIH, FDA, NHS, Mayo Clinic, FARE, AAAAI, ADA, Alzheimer's Association). See /editorial-standards for the full process.
- Not medical advice, and we say so. The site explicitly disclaims medical advice and points users to call their local emergency number. No clinical decisions are inferred or recommended.
- No affiliate links inside the card flow. Affiliate links (medical alert bracelets, pill organizers) appear only in blog posts, disclosed at point of use. The card-creation pages are clean.
- Print-ready, lamination-friendly PDFs. Wallet (3.5"×2"), fridge (5"×7"), and a combined sheet with cut lines. Sized to standard letter paper for at-home printing.
Who this fits
Allergy & anaphylaxis organizations
Member-facing toolkits often link to FARE-style emergency action plans. The free generator at /allergy-emergency-card covers anaphylaxis, EpiPen brand/dose, asthma comorbidity, and pediatric school-care notes.
See allergy guideAlzheimer's & dementia caregiver groups
Dementia-specific cards include the wandering address exception, ID-bracelet pairing notes, and a stage-by-stage caregiver buying guide. Useful for support-group resource lists and Memory Cafés.
See dementia guideSenior centers, AAAs, and AARP-style affiliates
Print-at-home wallet and fridge cards are a low-effort, high-value member benefit. The fridge card especially aligns with "Message in a Bottle" / "Vial of Life" programs already running in many county senior services.

A free, no-account-required printable that residents can fill in at home. Pairs well with community-paramedic visits, fall-prevention programs, and File of Life campaigns. Includes US (911, Poison Control), UK (999/111), Canada (911/811), and EU (112) presets.
See US guideDiabetes, cardiac, and chronic-condition associations
Condition-specific guides cover insulin notation, pump/CGM disclosure, hypoglycemia plans (diabetes), pacemaker/ICD documentation (cardiac), and anticoagulant flags. All cross-referenced against ADA, AHA, and CDC sources.

For severe-allergy and chronic-condition students. The wallet card slips into a school bag; the laminated fridge version goes into the nurse's station. Parents can update the card from home as medications change — no school IT involvement.
